Individual Therapy

50 minutes ($150)

Knowing first hand that every person has their own unique mental health journey that's not black-or-white or linear, and usually has a multitude of different facets; I view everyone from a holistic approach from all areas of their life. Most clients and their families face dynamic situations, whether comorbidity with their mental health struggles with substances, disordered eating, developmental delays, trauma, attachment difficulties, behavioral issues, and/or complicated family dynamics. By being ware of all the complexities, we can formulate an accurate game plan towards mental health stability and sustainability for longevity in life and helping people live the lives that they truly hope and envision for themselves. â€‹

Family Therapy

50 minutes ($180)

Specializing and working with teens, the work is not all on the teens end. Family therapy is also an integral part of the healing process in being able to discuss and process life as it happens without having to sweep things under the rug or walk on eggshells around one another. As dreaded as the thought of family therapy can be, I encourage everyone to be honest, while still being assertive in their communication and having appropriate boundaries. The goal is to get to the root of the tension or chaos to bring forth tolerance, compassion, and coexistence even in turbulent times.
